A fantastic opportunity to acquire a beautifully presented 1974 Kawasaki H2B 750 Mach IV—one of the most iconic and explosive two-strokes ever built—offered here as a properly sorted, reliable rider, not a museum piece.
This particular H2B has a great story. It was originally won by John Selman in one of our competitions on January 25, 2026. Then, unbelievably, John went on to win again—taking home a 1954 BSA Bantam D3 150cc from us on February 22, 2026. After enjoying the Kawasaki and with the Bantam now in the garage, he asked if we’d like to buy the H2B back—and we jumped at the chance. It’s not often a bike with this much character and presence comes back around.
Presented in stunning condition, it benefits from extensive cosmetic and mechanical restoration and some excellent upgrades. This includes fresh green paintwork, Delkevic pipes, a powder-coated frame, refreshed chrome work, and major engine work carried out in recent years. The engine has had a recent rebore with Wossner pistons, a vapour-blasted top end, and the crank was previously rebuilt by respected two-stroke specialist Gary Clarke around 2,000 miles ago.
The result is exactly what you want from a Mach IV: it starts easily, runs superbly, and has proven extremely reliable—an H2 you can genuinely ride and enjoy, with the looks and mechanical strength to match.
The Kawasaki H2B Mach IV is a bucket-list two-stroke, and this example is the one you want: restored, upgraded, strong mechanically, and trustworthy enough to actually use. With its fresh finish, respected engine work, and a brilliant competition backstory, it’s a standout Mach IV that’s ready to be enjoyed properly—exactly as it should be.
